Welcome to The Feel-Good Project

Please see our Facebook post regarding this, for more info.

The Feel-Good Project supports local people affected by cancer. The Project is run by Helen Noakes in loving memory of her father David who passed away in 2017.

The Project’s focus is to run events that help people unwind in a relaxed & non-hospital environment.

Since May 2019, over 120 people have come together over tea & cake, received a pampering treatment & have left feeling more like themselves again.

As well as supporting people with a diagnosis of cancer, the Project supports people who have loved ones with cancer.

The Project is a Community Interest Company (C.I.C) which means that we run on a not-for-profit basis.

Our next Feel-Good Project event will be running on

Monday 9th March 2020 10.30am – 2.30pm

Douai Park (Cricket Pavilion), Cods Hill, Woolhampton, RG7 5TG

About us

The Cancer Wellbeing Centre was founded by Helen Noakes in 2019. Helen’s wonderful father David passed away from cancer in November 2017 and she now runs the centre in loving memory of him in order to support other West Berkshire families who have also been affected by cancer.

The Cancer Wellbeing Centre is a Community Interest Company (CIC)  (registration number 11445747), which means that we run on a not-for-profit basis.

Volunteer therapists

We are always looking for additional therapists to help at our Pamper & Relaxation events. If you’d be interested in volunteering at a future event, please contact Helen on 07584 125 058 or at Thecancerwellbeingcentre@gmail.com.

Please note – you must be fully qualified & insured.

We are always very grateful for any donations, no matter the size.
